days 93-101

day 93...
... the boys fired up and ready to go to Indy for the Final Four!

day 94...
... Easter Sunrise Service on the beach.

day 95...
... Clara and I were still on our own so I got to sit in on her violin lesson. (phone)

day 96...
... not sure why Clara *had* to move, but she did.... so here is Alex and blurry Clara waiting for the L after Alex's basketball class. (phone)

day 97...
... the kids attempting to play Worried Man Blues together (it ended in yelling and tears... sigh)

day 98...
... crossing the LaSalle street bridge after visiting Jeff's office. (phone)

day 99...
... the kids had gotten into big trouble the night before so Clara got up Friday morning and made me an "I'm Sorry Bear".

day 100...
... after Clara's last dance class of the day, we met up with a former dance class friend for a treat! The kids wanted ice cream but afterward our friends introduced us to Beard Papa's Cream Puffs. We brought some home to share with the boys for movie night (Alvin and the Chipmunks... the Squeakquel).

day 101...
... loading up the ipods for our upcoming trip. Sunday was a really nice day. After church, Jeff and I ran a couple of quick errands. We got Alex's birthday present. And then we went to Macy's. Alex and Clara need all black clothing for an upcoming production that they're in. Clara is set... she had enough black in her closet to make an outfit. Alex, however, did not. We happened to find one lone pair of black Nautica dress pants in Alex's size on the clearance rack... $4.99! Thankfully they fit. After we picked up the kids from choir, we ran home so we could quickly change clothes. We were meeting our friends Laney and Susan (from the production of Miracle on 34th Street that the kids were in) for lunch! We had a great time catching up with them before they went in to see a show. The show they were seeing was by the same theatre company as Miracle so it was fun to see some of the people again. We got to see both the Artistic Director and the Managing Director. We hope to make it back soon to see the show!

  1. Lovely pics, Tracie. The sunset/sunrise is so bright, it nearly hurts my eyes just looking at it:)

Looks like your "men" enjoyed themselves at the Indy.
