We had a really good time in spite of it being EXTREMELY cold out.
We started out by watching the ice carving demonstration...
Next, the kids headed inside the Kids Corner to do some crafts.The kids both made a snowman paddle ball game thing, Alex has is out here...
They cooperated for the photo above, but as soon I got the shot, they started doing this...
After the crafts we watched actors from Emerald City Theatre Company's production of Hansel and Gretel perform some of the songs from the musical...
We loved what we heard and I think we might try to go and see the show at some point this month.After that the kids went in with their friends and made another craft. By this time we were all freezing so we walked a little ways down Lincoln to have dinner.
Fun stuff!
